Delivery Policy

• By placing an order with SocialPanel24, you automatically accept all the below-listed terms of service whether you read them or not.
• Socialpanel24.com (Emam Media LTD) will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of London, United Kingdom.
• We reserve the right to change these terms of service without notice. You are expected to read all terms of service before placing every order to ensure you are up to date with any changes.
• You will only use the SocialPanel24 website in a manner which follows all agreements made with each social media site on their individual Terms of Service page.
• SocialPanel24 rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The terms stay in effect in the case of rate changes.
• SocialPanel24 does not guarantee a delivery time for any services, as it depends on the service's order quantity. We offer our best estimation for when the order will be delivered. This is only an estimation and SocialPanel24 will not refund orders that are processing if you feel they are taking too long.
• SocialPanel24 tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected of us by our resellers. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.

• Socialpanel24 will only be used to promote your social media account and help boost your "appearance" only.
• We DO NOT guarantee your new followers will interact with you — we simply guarantee you get the followers you pay for.
• We DO NOT guarantee 100% of our accounts will have a profile picture, full bio and uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this the reality for all accounts.
• You will not upload anything into the Socialpanel24 site including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the social media community.

Refund Policy

• Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
• Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
• If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit without a valid reason, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any followers or likes we delivered to your or your client's social media accounts.
• Orders placed in Socialpanel24 will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your Socialpanel24 account if the order is non-deliverable.
• Payment with credit card or debit card can be refunded to your bank or card as per client request.
• Misplaced or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
• Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
• Please do not order the same service for the same page/URL/link until your running order for that link is complete. We cannot give you correct followers/likes/views numbers in that case and will not refund these orders. Please keep attention!
• Most of our services start instantly, except a few services that take 24–48 hrs to deliver. If you do not receive your service in time, please contact support to fix the issue. We are online 18 hours per day to provide you support.

Method of Payment, Card Types Accepted and Currency

• We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
• We accept payments online using Perfect Money, WebMoney and Payeer in USD.

Cancellation and Replacement Policy

• If your order is not delivered on time as mentioned on the service pages, you can request cancellation — your order will be cancelled within 12–24 hrs.
• Replacement or refill depends on the services you are purchasing. If you purchase services with a replacement/refill guarantee and the numbers drop, we will replace/refill the services within 12–24 hrs.
